Due to the digital nature of these products all sales are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions to this policy are if there is a documented technical issue with the file or you have made a duplicate purchase of content. For example, you purchased an individual item and then purchased a bundle that contained that same information. Please reach out at [email protected] with your order information for a refund of the smaller duplicate item.
If your refund request qualifies under the guidelines above, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (see your credit card company for details).
