Magic E CVCE Literacy Center

Cruisin' with the Magic e Literacy Center is a Common Core Standard-aligned manipulative activity to help reinforce the CVCE/"silent e" or "Magic e" rule. The Magic e has the power to change short vowel sound to a long vowel sound when added to a word to create a whole new word.

You can use this manipulative activity in a learning center or you can create file folder games.

• Themed stationery for students that coordinates with the activity.
